Here is a special guiding letter from us, amidst the present global situation, and specially for residents of India. Our advise on what to do to avoid getting corona virus (Covid-19 and its variants)

Dear Brothers and Sisters,
Corona (Covid-19 + its new variants) cases in India are increasing day by day. Please take care of yourself & your family. Wear mask and gloves if you go outside. Stay two metres apart, maintain cleanliness, and eat healthy food only. Take more care if you live in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, and Gujarat.
Here are a few tips to reduce chances of Corona infection or speedy recovery after infection. Please follow them.
How to Boost & maintain your immunity?
1) Stay hydrated
Drink plenty of fluids (water). Staying hydrated helps our body naturally eliminate the bacteria and toxins that causes infection. With the help of water, the oxygen and nutrients are distributed throughout the body, and waste material is flushed out from the body. Thus water also keeps our body clean.
2) Never skip breakfast
Eat healthy homemade breakfast..specially fermented breakfast like idli, dosa, appam. It boosts our immunity because it has high probiotic content.
3) Eat vegetables & fruits
Eat Citrus or Lemon or make its juice to drink, if available. Eat 1 or 2 Bananas everyday as it is natural prebiotic which contains fibres, antioxidants, vitamin C, B6 seasonal fruits like watermelon, melons as it contains 90 % water, vitamins & minerals.
4) High-Protein foods
Include "protein-rich" foods in your meal like curd ( natural probiotic), beans, pulses, nuts ( Almonds, cashew, Peanuts are powerhouse of nutrients), add eggs if your are a non vegetarian.
4) Take good sleep
During sleep, our immune system releases proteins called cytokines, some of which help promote sleep. These cytokines need to increase when you have an infection or inflammation, or when you're under stress. Sleep deprivation may decrease production of these protective cytokines.
5) Minimise stress

6) Cultivate a hobby
spend time with family, listen music♫, read spiritual material as it creats positive , joyful emotions & reduce stress.
Our Positive emotions improves the activity of NK cells which are fighter cells in our body.
7) Exercise, do yoga or meditation
Regular exercise helps to boost our immune system & help to fight off infections. Exercise allows immune cells to perform effectively. it increases blood flow, reduces stress.
Exercise empowers antibodies and white blood cells (WBC) in our body. WBC are the body's immune system cells that fight any virus and disease.
➥Specially take care of parents, elderly in our home. Help them to maintain healthy lifestyle. Elder people should:
Maintain sugar & BP (blood presure); tell them to take medicines on time.
Limit their sugar & salt intake. Avoid sugar completely in Diabetic if possible. Diabetic patients immune system is compromised & it makes difficult to fight virus.
Stay relaxed, Happy & Positive.
Stay active, daily walk steps inside home, do little exercise and Yoga, pranayam, etc.
➥ Positive mindset is very very important in fighting any disease. So don't panic if any of you or any of your family member is showing corona symptoms or positive.
➥ Early diagnosis & treatment is the key. If you find COVID-19 symtoms in your body, consult a doctor as early as possible.
